Real Property Law School Curriculum.
Out of concern over the current status of the basic reall prperty course in law schools, the ABA Real Property, Trust and Estate Law Section created a Task force on Real Property Law School Curriculum. The Task Force, with the assistance of the American Bar Foundation, issued a report which appeared in the September/October 2007 issue of Probate and Property.
