Topics, which may be dated and superseded by a more current program and/or for which there has been little request, are archived and stored off-site.

Normal turnaround for archived materials is 5-10 working days. If you require a 24-hour turnaround for archived materials, there is a $50 surcharge. The surcharge does NOT include the cost of express mail, messenger or couriers. A $25 access fee may apply to archived materials that are retrieved from storage and not purchased.
