Bar Counsel to draft a Standing Policy on factors to be considered when deciding whether a grievance warrants investigation.
Approved 4 reciprocity applicants for admission pending completion of requirements.
Voted to deny a member's request for waiver of her inactive dues due to hardship, but voted that the Board will reconsider her request at the next meeting if she submits the requested information.
Voted to grant a reduction in dues to Ruth Bauer Bohms for her more than 400 hours of pro bono work; send letter thanking her for her continued work in this area.
Voted to give up to $1,000 to the Juneau Bar for a CLE program on Law Day.
