Dear Corporate Counsel Law section members (and Intellectual Property Law section by invitation):

"The Lost Rembrandt in the Attic" Problem - Your company likely owns intellectual property which could be producing revenue. Unfortunately, undetected mistakes and seemingly innocuous oversights in the IP development and acquisition process can have detrimental – and sometimes catastrophic – results later when the IP is used as a key element in a business deal, monetization program, or enforcement action. Join us for a discussion lead by Brian Park of Stoel Rives on ways to avoid traps for the unwary in the areas of patents, copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, licensing and related IP matters.  1 General CLE Credit.  Pizza provided courtesy of Stoel and Rives.  Phone-ins from other locations in Alaska are welcomed and encouraged.
