The Alaska Unbundled Law section is sponsoring its first CLE to all who are interested in helping clients on an "as needed" basis. This hands-on seminar is designed not only for solo and pro bono lawyers but also for large firms who are interested in marketing and profitability. Obtain ethics credit as well. Panel discussions will include practitioners of Probate and Elder Law, Immigration, Personal Injury, Family Law and Criminal Defense.
As a special added feature, in addition to the morning session, our moderator, Christopher Douglas, Clinical Professor at Berkeley Law School and supervising attorney at the East Bay Community Law Center’s Neighborhood Justice Clinic (NJC), will lead a hands-on workshop modeled on cutting edge approaches being taught in law school clinics today, focusing on protocols, forms and interview strategies to improve efficiency and increase client satisfaction.
This seminar applies to you! Most initial consultations, second opinions and services that don’t involve filing an Entry of Appearance are all "unbundled legal services." Today’s clients want affordable legal services that solve their problems on an "as needed" basis. Find out how to do this ethically, in an efficient, profitable manner.
