Transitions in Election Processes at Annual Meetings of Shareholders.  Several Alaska Native Corporations have changed their director election processes during the past several years.  Marcia Davis and Norm Resnick, in-house counsel for Calista Corporation, will discuss recent changes to bylaws and election procedures passed by Calista's Board of Directors which have modified Calista's director election process.  1 General CLE Credit.  Phone-ins from other locations in Alaska are welcomed and encouraged.
