Probate Cases/Heckerling Report/Disclaimers of Property Interests.  The section will have several guest speakers:  1) Magistrate Judge James Stanley will explain the new "team system" for assigning probate cases; 2) Attendees from the Heckerling Institute will give brief reports; and 3) Christina Passard of Woelber Jacobson & Passard LLC, and Alexandra Foote-Jones of Durrell Law Group PCwill discuss the probate statute on Disclaimers of Property Interests,
