Salazar v. Ramah Navajo - Tribal Contractor Costs.  Lloyd Miller, Sonosky, Chambers Sachse, Miller & Munson, LLP,  is the guest speaker.  He will present on the recent case of Salazar v. Ramah Navajo in which the U.S. Supreme Court held the federal government liable for failing to pay tribal contractors their full contract support costs.
