Revised Wills/Bequeathing Airline Miles/Advance Care Directives. The meeting will cover these issues:  1) Jeffrey Davis of Manley & Brautigam will discuss of Dan v. Dan, Alaska Supreme Court Op. No. 6724 dated November 16, 2012; and 2) Anne Helzer, solo practitioner, will discuss bequeathing unused airline miles based on the New York Times article dated November 25, 2012, and also 3) new advance care directives in use in many states based on the New York Times editorial dated November 25, 2012.  All handouts are on the section’s webpage.  1 General CLE Credit.  Phone-ins from other locations in Alaska are welcomed and encouraged.
