Endangered Species Act issues in Alaska. Brad Meyen and Andrew Naylor from the Alaska Department of Law, Natural Resources Section, will provide an overview of the ESA and discuss its impacts to business and local and state government,  Alaska specific issues (climate change), and ESA litigation by the State.  1 General CLE Credit.  Phone-ins from other locations in Alaska are welcomed and encouraged.
