Municipal Property Appraisals and Assessments.   Marty McGee, Municipal Assessor for the Municipality of Anchorage, is the guest speaker.  He will discuss how his office makes assessments and deals with exemptions.  Mr. McGee will also talk about the valuation of property and ownership descriptions.  1 General CLE Credit.  Phone-ins from other locations in Alaska are welcomed and encouraged.
