Case Law Roundtable.  This will be a roundtable discussion on Pestrikoff v. Estate of Morrison (June 8, 2012), with appellate attorneys Patrice Icardi and Roberta Erwin. This case is regarding the application of divorce law to probate property.  Also included will be a discussion about pre-death gifting, focusing on donative intent with a review of Ware v.
