Surreptitious Taping in the Workplace:  Is it Lawful, Ethical, and Admissible?  Gregory Fisher of Davis Wright Tremaine and section co-chair, will discuss the legal, ethical and practical issues related to surreptitious taping in the workplace.  Tentatively 1 General CLE Credit.  Ethics credit will be determined after the meeting.  Phone-ins from other locations in Alaska are welcomed and encouraged.
