Alaska Native Corporation Stocks – Wills, Restrictions and Title.  Topics will include:  1) Native stock wills under AS 13.16.705, including hard copy examples from one or more Native corporations; 2) Restrictions on transferability of Native corporation shares; 3) A brief presentation from representatives for shareholder services for CIRI, BBNC, NANA and others on how to interact with their staffs in confirming title to stock; and 4) Issues in drafting wills under state law for owners of Native corporation shares.  A Q&A session will follow.  Speakers will be announced as soon as confirmed.  1 General CLE Credit.  Phone-ins from other locations in Alaska are welcomed and encouraged.
