Recent U.S. Supreme Court Health Reform Decision.  Mark Regan, Legal Director of the Disability Law Center of Alaska, is the guest speaker.  Mr. Regan will provide a recap of the recent U.S. Supreme Court health reform decision with an emphasis on the issues pending at the state level this fall, including the possibility of a hybrid Exchange and also the possible Medicaid expansion opt-out.  1 General CLE Credit.
