Social Security Disability and the Quarters of Coverage History System, and Continuing Disability Reviews.  Co-chair Paul Eaglin will lead the discussion on the technical topic of quarters of coverage for disability insurance, followed by an overview of the Continuing Disability Review process, an 8-step process where the burden is on Social Security to prove the disability payment should be discontinued.  1 General CLE Credit.
