Revised Rules of Conduct for Social Security Representatives.  Attorney Carol Hoch from the Seattle Office of General Counsel (OGC), whose duties include the administration of the Rules of conduct, will cover the basics of OGC’s responsibilities in the area of representative conduct and what is expected of SSA representatives.  She will answer questions about new regulations issued by the Social Security Administration revising the Rules of Conduct and Standards of Responsibility for Representatives that took effect January 23, 2012. 1 Ethics Credit.
