Various Immigration Topics.  The section will meet with USCIS Field Office Director Bernadette Nocerino-Doody.  Discussion topics include the N-648 Medical Disability Waiver for naturalization applicants, case processing times for N-336 Hearings on Naturalization; evidence requests and interviews for marriage-based adjustments; problems with Notices to Appear being forwarded to EOIR without updated addresses; and the local office’s response to non-attorneys being paid to assist applicants or not properly signing the application form and therefore engaging in the unauthorized practice of law. 1 General CLE Credit.
