More Chapter 13:  Now it’s your turn!!!  Larry Compton, Chapter 13 Trustee, will give a 15 minute update on the new mortgage Proof of Claim, some recent case decisions in the 9^th and other Circuits that might affect Chapter 13 Plans.  Mr. Compton and his staff will answer questions, take criticism, and have an open discussion on how we can all improve our Chapter 13 Processes.  Leave the rotten eggs and tomatoes at home.  1 General CLE Credit.
