Dispute Resolution Consultants: A Third Form of Alternate Dispute Resolution.  Neither arbitrators nor mediators, DRCs are based on the German model of resolving workforce problems which applies a somewhat more collaborative approach to resolving problems than is customarily seen in the Anglo-American system.  Come learn a little about this newer form of ADR from co-chair Gregory Fisher of Davis Wright Tremaine.  1 General CLE Credit.
