Applicability of the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) to Tribal Governments.  Robert Rohr, JD, MA, SPHR, will provide an overview of the applicability of the FLSA to tribal governments and examine consent/waivers and federal case law.  The goal is to provide some guideposts and standards when examining whether a tribal government’s particular activity falls inside or outside the scope of the FSLA.  1 General CLE Credit.  The Alaska Native Law section and the Corporate Counsel Law section are invited to attend.
