Ahtna v. State of Alaska.  Hear from Howard Trickey of Jermain, Dunnagan & Owens, regarding three current cases between Ahtna and the State of Alaska regarding land use issues.  Pending before the Alaska Supreme Court is a matter involving “the bundle of property sticks” associated with a state material site.  Two other superior court cases address appropriate uses in an RS2477 right-of-way and navigability of the Kotsina River.  1 General CLE Credit.
