HIPAA:  Compliance is More than a Notice of Privacy Practices.  Do you represent health care providers or business associates (accountants, lawyers, consultants)?  Many providers have instituted basic HIPAA policies and the required Notice of Privacy Practices, but may not really be compliant.  HIPAA also requires security policies and a risk assessment to determine if the provider is adequately protecting information.  Come to this session to learn more about what really needs to be done to be HIPAA compliant.  1 General CLE Credit.
