Electronic Discovery Practicum – PART 2
Last month, members learned about E-discovery sanctions and the challenges to in house counsel of avoiding them. It left a lot of folks wanting more --- more guidance and instruction on how to do E-discovery correctly, fresh ideas on how to solve specific problems, and concrete solutions for setting up IT systems in house to facilitate e-discovery compliance. Eric Piggott, Stoel Rives paralegal and former owner of an Anchorage-based litigation support company, has kindly agreed to return and lead a discussion on members specific problems, including guidance on IT systems that need retooling to ensure we avoid E-discovery sanctions.
