Alaska Supreme Court Rulemaking Process.  Alaska Supreme Court Rules Attorney Nancy Meade is the guest speaker.  She will describe the Court's rulemaking process, what her role in the process is, what role bar members play, and how appellate attorneys can get involved in making or changing the appellate rules process.  Ms. Meade will also describe available historical materials concerning the background of various rules and how they can be used to trace a rule's original purpose and meaning.  She will be happy to address related questions members may have.  1 General CLE Credit.
