This is a joint meeting of the ADR and Workers' Comp Law sections. 

Dispute Resolution Legislation and Labor Unions.  Fred Brown, attorney in Fairbanks and Executive Director of the Health Care Cost Management Corporation of Alaska, Inc. (HCCMCA), will discuss a proposed dispute resolution bill for employees of labor unions.  If time, there will also be a discussion of other bills before the legislature which affect workers’ compensation.  1 General CLE Credit.
