District Court’s Small Claims Mediation Program.   Nicole L. Sperbeck, Law Clerk for the Anchorage District Court, will be the guest speaker.  She will discuss the process by which cases are sent to mediation, the types of cases that are amenable to mediation, the pros and cons of mediation, the percentage of cases that are settled through mediation, and the backgrounds and different experience of the mediators themselves.  1 General CLE Credit.
