Court Mediation Program.  While specific titles are still a work in progress, Wendy Lyford, the new Family Case Services Coordinator, and Karen Largent, the new Mediation and Facilitation Services Manager for the State Court System as of January 2, 2011, are the guest speakers.  They will do a “meet and greet” with ADR section members and share their thoughts on the court mediation programs.  1 CLE Credit.
