The November Section News incorrectly stated the next Admiralty Law meeting as being in December.  The section is actually meeting on Thursday, November 11, 2010, at 12 noon at the Bar office.  

This will be a roundtable discussion focusing on local orders and on slip opinions issued nationwide since the last meeting, addressing maritime personal injury, punitive damages, and other issues pertinent to Alaska.  1 General CLE Credit.
