NOTE: Any Alaska Bar member who volunteers to take an immigration case pro bono through the Alaska Immigration Justice Project can check out this CLE for FREE. NACARA; discussing NACARA with a potential client; meeting the suspension requirements; applying for NACARA and building your case; motions and approvals; psychological assessment of the client specifically documenting post traumatic stress syndrome; other immigration remedies. This CLE also includes a mock NACARA hearing. The program is designed for practitioners at any level who are interested in or already involved in immigration cases.
