The Alaska Native Law Section will be providing general background on ANCSA land selections and conveyances, and will address many of the pressing ANCSA land issues. Hillary Tompkins, the Solicitor for the Department of the Interior, has been invited to be the keynote speaker over lunch, and the final session will be a debate on Pebble Mine.
